On December 13, 2024, Ms. Thanphicha Theeraratchanon, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 2 (Director of ROAE2, Phitsanulok Province), along with the head of the department and departments under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Phitsanulok Province, jointly donated bicycles on the "United Hearts Day for the Red Cross" for the fiscal year 2025 as prizes for the "Red Cross Lucky Draw" booth at the King Naresuan the Great Fair, Phitsanulok Red Cross.

The departments under the Department of Agriculture donated 25 bicycles, with Mr. Thawee Sermpakdikul, Governor of Phitsanulok Province, along with Ms. Waraporn Sermpakdikul, President of the Red Cross Society of Phitsanulok Province/President of the Housewives of the Ministry of Interior, Phitsanulok Province.
